allows pokémon to more accurately predict and dodge incoming attacks in battle

the original delphox already has a lot of witchy motifs, but for this salem witch inspired variant, i wanted to take those motifs and push them even further. to do this, i gave it a large fur poof on the top of its head to resemble the witches hat. then the colors take on a darker mystical hue just to further the tie to witches. i also wanted to elongate the staff, and make it look more like a wizard's magical staff with an equally as magical flame. the shiny edition of kamerigo delphox takes on the original coloration of delphox.
