this pokémon will always attack first

this variant takes inspiration from the icy lakes of minnesota and the adaptions many animals have in the area. one such adaptation that this floatzel has is large curved fins to easily break through ice to increase its speed in the frigid waters. the coloration is also from the icy waters and utilizes similar patterning as penguins, being darker on their back and lighter colored on their belly. additionally, the flotation sacs are colored a more vibrant color to stand out for rescues. the shiny variant has a subtle change, only returning to the original belly color. the water typing remains the same, but it adds on the ice type due to it's environment.
