this little pokémon has been causing quite the trouble for capitol officials across most of the districts of pankasu. this pokémon has also become a symbol of rebellion to the districts. this is because it is a mutation from the capitol's once beloved pokémon, the jabberdae, a weapon created by the capitol to spy on the district citizens. however, it quickly failed and instead produced a new pokémon, the mimodee. mimodee can be seen high above the trees, mimicking the sounds of the noises around them, sometimes even causing confusion. this has led rebels to use their imitation skills to the benefit of the rebellion.
